We aim to make accessing care simple and safe. As a student practice, we encourage you to:
If you are unsure what to do, our team will guide you.
Campus View Medical Centre is located in the heart of Loughborough University.
🚗 Parking:
A small on-site car park is available, including two disabled parking bays.
The car park is shared with the university and often full.
We usually recommend using Car Park 5; however, this is currently closed due to building works and is expected to remain closed until September 2027.
As a result, parking availability near the medical centre is limited. We therefore recommend considering alternative ways of travelling to the medical centre, such as public transport, being dropped off, or walking where possible, rather than driving yourself.
📲 Important:
When you arrive, please check in your car registration using the university parking touchscreen in the surgery entrance. Access is available via front steps or a ramp for disabled access.
The Sprint bus service stops at the Accommodation Centre, just a 1-minute walk from the practice. You can also use this from car parks further away, the bus service runs every few minutes!
We are an accredited associate training practice and regularly host doctors training to become GPs, student paramedics and student nurses. Training the next generation of clinicians is an important part of our commitment to improving the future of primary care and the NHS.
Our GP Residents are fully qualified doctors undertaking specialist training in General Practice. They are closely supervised by our experienced GPs, and a supervising GP is always available during your consultation.
If you are booked with a trainee, you can expect:
The same safe, compassionate care
Longer appointments in some cases
Access to a supervising GP if needed
Your support helps develop confident, capable GPs for the future.

Looking for a quick bite or great coffee? EHB (Edward Herbert Building) is just a 2-minute walk from the surgery and offers fantastic food and drinks — perfect before or after your appointment!
