If youโre new to our practice and take regular medication, please book an appointment with one of our pharmacists. They will ensure your medicines are safely added to your repeat prescription list.
You can order your repeat medication in the following ways:
Via the NHS App
Online through SystmOnline
By completing the right-hand section of your paper prescription (repeat slip) and handing it in at reception
๐ Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be processed.
Donโt forget to factor in weekends and bank holidays.
We do not usually issue early prescriptions unless there is a valid reason (e.g. travel or holidays). If this applies to you, please speak with one of our pharmacists in advance.
To ensure your ongoing safety, we carry out regular medication reviews for all patients on repeat prescriptions.
We will contact you when a review is due.
Reviews may include additional checks (e.g. blood tests).
Your prescription may be delayed if the review is overdue.
Reviews help us ensure youโre receiving the most effective and appropriate treatment.
